SimplyAI collects only what you type into the contact form, plus which page you were on when you sent it. We use it to reply to you, and — only if you tick the box — to send occasional relevant material. We do not sell it or share it beyond the services named below. Ask us and we will delete it.
What SimplyAI collects #
When you submit the contact form, SimplyAI records your name, email address, the practice type you select, your message, and whether you consented to further contact. Alongside it we record the page you were on when you submitted, the referring site if your browser sent one, any campaign parameters in the URL, your browser’s user-agent string, and the country your request came from.
That last group is attribution: it tells us which page led you to get in touch. It is deliberately coarse — we do not use cookies to identify you, and we do not track you across other websites.
Why SimplyAI collects it #
To reply to your enquiry, and to understand which of our published pages actually help people. If you tick the consent box we may also send occasional material relevant to AI search visibility. If you do not tick it, we will answer your enquiry and nothing further.
Analytics #
SimplyAI uses Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless. Google Analytics sets cookies and is subject to Google’s privacy policy; you can block it with any standard browser setting or extension, and this site works normally without it.
How long SimplyAI keeps it #
Enquiries are kept for two years from your last contact with us, then deleted. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will do so promptly and confirm it.
Who SimplyAI shares it with #
Nobody, beyond the infrastructure running this site: Cloudflare hosts it and stores enquiry records, and Google provides analytics. SimplyAI does not sell personal data. Enquiry data is never sent to the AI model APIs used in our audit work — that work operates on public business information, not on the personal data of people who contact us.
Your rights under the PDPO #
Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) gives you the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to require that we stop using it for direct marketing. Email hello@simplyai.work and we will act on it — opt-out requests are honoured immediately, as the Ordinance requires.
